Its Engineering & Data team builds technology products and platforms that support the growth of its gaming and consumer apps.

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering & Data team, building and closing candidate pipelines for gaming roles and new app launches
• Partner with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategies; prepare for and conduct intake meetings, apply knowledge of the talent landscape, and maintain internal communication
• Source passive talent using sourcing tools and creative methods, engaging candidates and generating interest in roles
• Ensure consistent communication and a positive employer brand throughout the candidate experience
• Partner with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics

• More than 6 years of experience in technical recruitment
• Immediately available
• Passion for and expertise in tech and product hiring
• Familiarity with fast-paced, ambitious companies in the startup/scaleup ecosystem
