HeadTalent APAC provides human resources services, specializing in talent acquisition and recruitment solutions across various industries.
задачи
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for 15–25 roles simultaneously across technical and business functions;
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles;
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
- Source and attract talent using various channels;
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical assessments;
- Lead offer negotiations and manage candidate experience;
- Maintain time-to-hire targets while ensuring hiring quality;
- Support employee engagement initiatives and onboarding programs;
- Track, analyze, and report on Talent Acquisition KPIs and metrics;
- Optimize recruitment processes based on data insights.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within tech or agency environments;
- Proven track record in hiring for mid-to-senior level roles;
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and ATS;
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills;
- Experience working with technical teams and conducting assessments;
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics;
- Fluent in English;
- Nice to have: Experience in expat hiring, familiarity with HRIS, survey tools, or engagement platforms, experience mentoring or leading a team.
