задачи
- Own the specialized recruiting process from sourcing to complex offer negotiations for Quantitative Engineering and Algorithmic Trading positions;
- Develop high-level strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals in collaboration with Engineering Leads;
- Plan out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to attract elite talent from niche environments like Kaggle, GitHub, ArXiv, competitive programming forums, and quantitative finance conferences;
- Ensure a white-glove candidate experience throughout the entire process;
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the nuances of quant stacks, modeling requirements, and performance engineering needs;
- Own and drive intake meetings, interview team kick-offs, and technical debrief processes;
- Deliver weekly performance analytics and progress reports to hiring managers and senior leadership.
требования
- 7+ Years of recruiting experience, including at least 3+ years focused on Quantitative Engineering, High-Frequency Trading, or Machine Learning talent;
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of converting passive, highly-compensated talent;
- In-depth knowledge of the quantitative tech stack, including C++, Python (NumPy/Pandas), Rust, Low-Latency systems, and Distributed Computing;
- Expertise in Greenhouse (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized sourcing tools;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage PhDs and elite engineers;
- Nice to have: Blend of agency (specialized search) and in-house startup experience, experience sourcing from math Olympiads, research labs, and diversity-in-STEM academic events, background as a recruiter in the Bay Area or major financial hubs.
