• Identify and actively source IT talent;
• Conduct technical discussions with candidates to validate their knowledge and experience;
• Support technical evaluation processes through initial screenings;
• Collaborate directly with technical teams and management to understand actual needs;
• Contribute to improving the ability to attract specialized talent.

• Come from an IT background, such as technology consulting, an end company, development, technical presales, or IT project management;
• Have at least 4–5 years of experience in technology environments;
• Have practical knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Big Data, Business Intelligence, CRM, Integration & BPM, and cross technologies such as Java, .NET, Oracle, and Frontend;
• Understand architectures, technology stacks, and technical profiles;
• Feel comfortable speaking with developers, architects, consultants, and technical professionals;
• Be interested in evolving toward talent identification and attraction functions;
• English at intermediate level.
