• Manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment process globally, focusing on the EMEA region;
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring requirements and talent needs;
• Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, market trends, and hiring strategies;
• Build relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions using data and market intelligence;
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent;
• Utilize various channels including job boards, talent communities, networking, and referrals;
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and build diverse pipelines;
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and assessment to evaluate capabilities and cultural alignment;
• Manage interview processes and partner with hiring teams to ensure effective evaluation;
• Create a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and providing timely feedback;
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting culture, values, and the employee value proposition;
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.

• Extensive experience in end-to-end technology recruitment across the full hiring lifecycle;
• Proven success hiring across various technology disciplines and levels, from individual contributors to executive roles;
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers;
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems;
• Demonstrated experience using AI-powered recruitment tools for sourcing, screening, and workflow automation;
• Commercially minded with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Experience with SmartRecruiters, proficiency in additional European languages.
