• Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake meetings to offer stage;
• Fill technical roles including DevOps, Backend, Infrastructure, and Security;
• Select specialists for Marketing and Sales teams across various geolocations;
• Conduct active sourcing and headhunting;
• Build and develop candidate funnels;
• Collaborate with hiring managers to formulate role requirements;
• Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

• 2+ Years of experience in recruitment, preferably as a Senior Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruiter;
• Strong experience in filling technical and marketing positions;
• Experience in hiring candidates in Eastern Europe, Serbia, the Balkans, and neighboring markets;
• Confident sourcing, headhunting, and LinkedIn recruiting skills;
• Excellent communication skills and independence;
• Nice to have: Strong candidate database and networking skills.
