• Own full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of mid-to-senior roles across multiple functions;
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, market mapping, talent research, referrals, and personalised outreach;
• Develop and use repeatable sourcing and recruitment processes at scale;
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, agree hiring plans, and move searches from briefing to offer;
• Manage multiple requisitions, candidates, stakeholders, interviews, and next steps with strong organisation and attention to detail;
• Create engaging, personalised outreach for passive candidates;
• Use recruitment data and dashboards to track pipelines and identify bottlenecks;
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and processes in Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, and Google Sheets;
• Use AI and recruitment technology, including Claude, to improve research, sourcing, workflows, and recruitment effectiveness;
• Support consistent technical hiring processes, including CoderPad assessments where relevant;
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and consistency throughout the recruitment process;
• Broaden recruitment expertise across functions, seniority levels, and talent markets;
• Strengthen market mapping, research, outreach, commercial partnering, and stakeholder influence;
• Use recruitment data to assess pipeline health, diagnose challenges, and guide prioritisation;
• Balance pace, quality, and candidate experience across a complex portfolio of searches;
• Improve candidate engagement and recruitment workflows through AI and technology;
• Build understanding of technical hiring and assessment approaches.

• Proven experience managing multiple high-volume mid-to-senior recruitment requisitions across functions;
• Strong proactive sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines from scratch;
• Experience engaging passive candidates;
• Highly organised and structured approach to recruitment;
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers;
• Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset;
• Data-led approach to recruitment and confidence using metrics to improve hiring outcomes;
• Interest in using AI and emerging technology to improve recruitment efficiency and scalability;
• Experience working in a fast-paced and scaling environment;
• Not a good fit if you prefer a small number of specialised or executive searches, rely mainly on inbound applications, find concurrent requisitions challenging, or prefer bespoke processes over repeatable and scalable approaches;
• English is the company language and is required for the application;
• Nice to have: Experience using Ashby and Claude.
