• Strong social and communication skills;
• Empathy and the ability to switch easily between different interlocutors;
• A persistent, proactive, commercial, and results-oriented attitude;
• At least an hbo degree, preferably in a relevant field;
• At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or employment consultant;
• Nice to have: Affinity with the financial sector, willingness to deepen knowledge in this area, experience building professional networks.
