Talent Acquisition Specialist

Six Values is a B2B betting and gaming technology company that provides support services to global technology and gaming partners. The organization focuses on developing digital experiences, including website and application development, data analytics, and payment systems, to deliver solutions for operators.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates;
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for senior marketing and customer support roles;
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles;
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates;
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs;
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit;
• Administer and evaluate pre-employment tests;
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies, timelines, and candidate expectations;
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights;
• Assist in the development and execution of onboarding plans;
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve the onboarding experience;
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics;
• Improve the recruitment process based on data and feedback;
• Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels;
• Participate in networking events and recruitment-related activities;
• Participate in global HR team meetings and collaborate on cross-border recruitment projects and HR policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level and high-volume hiring;
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and HR software;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Experience in IT recruitment.
