• Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume and specialized roles;
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities;
• Evaluate candidates against regulatory and compliance standards;
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the U.S. healthcare market;
• Maintain ATS accuracy, job postings, and recruitment metrics;
• Track market trends and align hiring strategies to leadership expectations;
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract clinical talent;
• Ensure a professional candidate experience.

• 3+ Years of Talent Acquisition experience, including experience working for U.S.-based businesses;
• Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates;
• Experience with high-volume hiring;
• Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment tools;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills;
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities;
• Fluent English (mandatory);
• Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours;
• Nice to have: Experience recruiting for healthcare organizations, experience recruiting 1099 and W2 healthcare providers, familiarity with DEA/licensure processes across multiple states.
