• Identify and attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles;

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation;
• Maintain and optimize the ATS to ensure smooth candidate experience and pipeline tracking;
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives;
• Conduct market research and stay updated on recruitment trends, particularly in the tech industry.

• 2+ Years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on hiring technical specialists;
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to find candidates on different platforms;
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience working in a startup, technology-driven company, or international environment.
