Talent Acquisition Specialist

APM Terminals operates as a global leader in port and terminal operations, enabling global trade and driving sustainable growth through a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• Partner with Hiring Managers and People Partners to deliver end-to-end recruitment;
• Drive direct sourcing activities, including identifying, approaching, and screening passive candidates;
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to HR stakeholders on talent attraction and acquisition strategy;
• Build and maintain relevant talent pools and pipelines;
• Monitor external talent market trends to strengthen sourcing strategy and hiring decisions;
• Identify and support employer branding initiatives to increase talent attraction;
• Spot process improvement opportunities in recruitment and implement changes;
• Participate in career fairs and talent events;
• Drive local rollout and follow-up of corporate and COE initiatives;
• Own and lead all local internship programmes.

• Solid hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a complex, international organisation;
• Proven capability in direct sourcing and screening, including engaging passive candidates;
• Experience hiring across both office-based and frontline/operational populations;
• Candidate-centric, data-informed approach with strong communication skills;
• Structured, delivery-focused working style with ability to manage multiple requisitions;
• Collaborative, pragmatic approach and flexibility;
• Fluency in English and Georgian;
• Nice to have: Experience within transport, logistics, engineering, or supply chain environments.
