Deepense.ai builds AI solutions for global clients and collaborates with partners such as Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI.
задачи
- Run end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, mainly across Machine Learning Engineers, Data Science, and AI Software Engineering;
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and technical interviewers to understand hiring needs and assessment criteria;
- Source candidates proactively, including passive talent;
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
- Manage and optimize the ATS (Traffit), integrate AI/automation into workflows, and turn hiring metrics into actionable recommendations;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and keep the process clear and smooth;
- Work on employer brand and visibility in the AI/ML market, Talent Program, and early-career initiatives;
- Coordinate onboarding and support new joiners;
- Manage a respectful offboarding process;
- Support day-to-day perks and team integrations;
- Contribute to broader People & Culture topics and team initiatives;
требования
- 3+ Years of hands-on, end-to-end IT/tech recruitment experience, including hiring Software Engineers, Data Scientists, ML/AI Engineers, or Data Engineers;
- Pro in identifying passive candidates with a deep understanding of the IT/AI hiring market and trends;
- Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and technical stakeholders;
- Experience strengthening an employer brand and/or EVP;
- Comfortable using data/reporting to guide decisions and using AI productivity tools;
- Practical knowledge of ATS platforms, recruitment reporting tools, and Google Workspace;
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and autonomy;
- Clear, direct communication skills;
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken);
- Nice to have: Experience in a growing tech company, scale-up, or software house, international recruitment experience, experience with internships, graduate hiring, or early-career programs, experience working on projects fostering and strengthening organizational culture, familiarity with Gallup/CliftonStrengths.
