• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs, and Talent Management to understand business strategy, talent strategy, and workforce planning needs
• Provide market insights, industry trends, job knowledge, and business strategy expertise to influence hiring decisions
• Research, recommend, and implement new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Keep hiring managers aligned and informed about hiring activities for open positions through ongoing collaboration and communication
• Advise on candidate selection and train hiring teams in recruitment processes, competency selection, and behavioral-based interviewing
• Update candidate workflows, job postings, and offers in a timely manner to maintain accurate analytics and metrics
• Improve processes, create efficiencies, and develop tools to enhance the Talent Acquisition experience for internal and external stakeholders
• Represent the employer brand and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process

• Experience in corporate, high-volume, full-cycle recruitment
• Internal recruitment experience and ability to source candidates across different functions and industries
• Stakeholder management experience and ability to advise and influence hiring decisions
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or another ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English

• One-year contract

• The final salary will depend on education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market benchmarks, and may fall above or below the posted range
