DEVICHNIK is a chain of manicure studios.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle through the offer;
• Manage the entire funnel from lead volume and initial contact through the offer, start date, and probation completion;
• Search for and test new candidate acquisition channels;
• Launch hypotheses including advertising, referral mechanics, partnerships, communities, direct search, new platforms, and other effective tools;
• Work with candidate databases, referrals, and open sources;
• Conduct interviews, engage candidates with DEVICHNIK, and select candidates who match the required level and culture;
• Calculate conversions at each stage and identify where the funnel loses candidates.

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience;
• Confidence in professional expertise and readiness to demonstrate results in numbers;
• Strong sourcing and marketing mindset;
• Ability to systematically generate new candidate sources without limiting the search;
• Independence and interest in building the recruitment function and, if needed, expanding the team over time;
• Previous industry experience is not critical; level and results are more important;
• Ability to bring ready-made solutions instead of waiting for them.
