As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality, diverse shortlists at pace.

• Managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of business functions
• Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes
• Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent through multiple channels
• Conducting competency-based interviews and screening calls
• Advising stakeholders on market insights, salary benchmarking and hiring best practices
• Ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout
• Supporting diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices
• Maintaining accurate reporting and ATS data integrity

• Proven in-house or agency recruitment experience
• Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and advise
• Excellent sourcing capability and proactive talent mapping skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong organisational skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to process excellence
• A collaborative, team-first attitude
