Talent acquisition manager in online retail

A global B2C online retailer is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on a full-time, permanent basis, based in London with a hybrid working pattern of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. This role exists to lead a team of 3 internal recruiters carrying up to 200 concurrent requisitions across UK hiring. It is a leadership position, not a hands-on recruiting role: the job is keeping the team motivated, hitting quality and speed targets simultaneously, and translating what is happening in the talent market into clear, actionable insight for senior leadership.

• Lead and develop a team of 3 internal recruiters managing up to 200 concurrent requisitions
• Maintain quality of hire without sacrificing speed across a high-volume pipeline
• Build and present comprehensive talent reporting to senior leadership, covering market conditions, pipeline health, and hiring recommendations
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the business, ensuring confidence in the TA function
• Coach and develop recruiters, supporting their progression and increasing capability within the team
• Champion AI-enabled recruiting tools and embed them into team workflows

• Minimum 3 years leading an internal TA team
• Proven track record managing high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments
• Strong data and reporting skills, with the ability to distil complex talent insight for senior audiences
• Confident stakeholder management at all levels
• Genuine comfort with AI tools in a recruiting context
