• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all departments, from job profile creation to final hiring;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience;
• Lead interview processes, conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews, and gather feedback from hiring managers;
• Maintain the Greenhouse applicant tracking system and screen incoming applications;
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, evaluation of case studies, and decision-making;
• Participate in project work with the International Talent Acquisition and PX team, providing expertise on the GSA market;
• Build and maintain a strong talent network within the music industry;
• Attend industry events and networking functions to identify and engage potential talent;
• Utilize LinkedIn for active sourcing;
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes.

• Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Economics, or a comparable qualification;
• Solid professional experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in media, music, or tech;
• Goal-oriented with a high level of personal responsibility to meet monthly hiring targets;
• Structured and diligent working style with experience in managing and analyzing recruiting data;
• Clear, professional, and reliable communication skills for both candidates and internal stakeholders;
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Experience working with a works council.
