• Own the execution and ongoing development of the TA strategy across all locations;
• Translate strategic direction into practical, market-specific recruitment plans;
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and hard-to-fill roles;
• Manage and develop the TA team by delegating searches, assessing performance, and supporting team growth;
• Own the end-to-end candidate experience from first contact through onboarding;
• Oversee and improve onboarding structures across all locations;
• Build relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to lead workforce planning;
• Own TA analytics and reporting to track performance and inform decisions;
• Own the Applicant Tracking System, driving automation and process improvements;
• Act as the first point of escalation for TA matters;
• Remain personally involved in senior, confidential, and hard-to-fill searches.

• 5+ Years in a lead or senior TA role;
• Experience recruiting internationally across multiple locations and markets;
• Track record of improving and automating recruitment workflows;
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills;
• Data-driven approach to recruitment reporting and decision-making;
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing;
• Full professional proficiency in English;
• High level of professionalism and discretion;
• Well-organized, reliable, and accountable.
