The company operates as a fast-growing international organization within the premium wellness and hospitality sector, with active presence across Europe and North America.

задачи

  • Define and lead the global employer branding strategy;
  • Strengthen the company's presence across channels where target talent is active;
  • Partner with internal communications stakeholders to align culture narrative with employer brand;
  • Develop content and campaigns positioning the organization as a long-term career destination;
  • Benchmark and adapt employer branding practices from relevant sectors;
  • Design and implement a proactive, pipeline-based recruitment model;
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by location and role profile;
  • Establish partnerships with educational institutions and training programs;
  • Create and manage alumni networks;
  • Standardize sourcing methodologies, recruitment processes, and tools across regions;
  • Lead the design and implementation of the candidate experience within the ATS;
  • Leverage technology and automation to improve recruitment efficiency;
  • Develop talent acquisition playbooks for new locations and growth initiatives;
  • Lead and develop an international team of recruiters and sourcers;
  • Define performance expectations, KPIs, and development plans;
  • Foster a culture of proactive sourcing, data-driven decision-making, and candidate experience excellence;
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to align hiring priorities;
  • Monitor key metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire;
  • Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership;
  • Optimize ATS processes, workflows, and reporting capabilities;
  • Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives.

требования

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior Talent Acquisition roles with team leadership responsibilities;
  • Proven experience in international Talent Acquisition roles managing recruitment projects and strategies across multiple countries;
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment environments such as hospitality, retail, wellness, or premium consumer services;
  • Track record of building employer branding strategies and talent pipelines from the ground up;
  • Strong understanding of the US talent market for operational profiles;
  • Experience designing proactive sourcing models and end-to-end candidate journeys at scale;
  • Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment solutions and Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Workday);
  • Strong analytical capabilities to translate talent metrics into business decisions;
  • Fluent English and Spanish (both oral and written).

  • Competitive fixed salary of €75,000 to €80,000 gross per year;
