задачи
- Act as the dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for commercial functions including Marketing, Business Development, and Partnerships;
- Build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and team structures;
- Lead role briefing discussions and ensure alignment on requirements, target markets, and timelines;
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, market feedback, and hiring challenges;
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer management and onboarding handover;
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across the FX, CFD, brokerage, fintech, and trading sectors;
- Source and engage passive candidates through various channels including networking and market mapping;
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche or hard-to-fill commercial roles;
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback throughout the process;
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and pipeline information in the ATS;
- Collaborate with recruiters and agencies to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies;
- Represent the company in the market and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience in an internal Talent Acquisition role;
- Strong experience recruiting for commercial roles such as Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Partnerships;
- Proven network within the FX, CFD, brokerage, fintech, trading, or financial services industry;
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines in competitive markets;
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills;
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and regions;
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
- Nice to have: Experience recruiting within FX, CFD, online trading, crypto, or payments; existing global network in commercial talent; experience recruiting multilingual talent across MENA, CIS, Africa, and Southeast Asia; experience supporting employer branding or referral campaigns; experience managing external recruitment agencies.
