Talent acquisition assistant in deep tech

Founded in Barcelona in 2016, Semidynamics designs European processor technology for the AI era, built on the open RISC-V standard. Our team creates memory-centric computing infrastructure for large-scale AI inference, working with partners and customers across the semiconductor industry. We are a fast-growing, engineering-driven company. Growing well means hiring well, and our Talent Acquisition team sits at the heart of that. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join us on a 3 to 6-month fixed-term contract and support our recruiters with the day-to-day admin that keeps hiring running smoothly.

• Schedule interviews across candidates, hiring managers and interview panels, including time zones and video-call links.
• Send timely, professional communications to candidates: acknowledgements, invitations, reminders and rejections.
• Follow-up and handle relationships with agencies.
• Post and refresh job ads on Teamtailor, our careers page, LinkedIn and job boards.
• Keep recruitment data clean and help pull reports.
• Support university relations and employer-branding activities, such as job fairs and LinkedIn posts.
• Look for small ways to improve our templates, workflows and candidate experience.

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a recruitment agency, including screening candidates and conducting interviews independently.
• Hands-on experience using Teamtailor is a must
• English at C1 level, written and spoken: you'll communicate daily with international candidates and colleagues.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail: you can juggle many tasks without letting things slip.
• Clear, friendly communication and a genuine interest in people.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
• Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, especially calendars and spreadsheets.
• Discretion when handling confidential candidate information (GDPR awareness is a must).
• Availability to start on asap.
