Talent acquisition advisor in real estate

To strengthen our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who will be responsible for attracting top talent within our Dutch organization. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you are a strategic sparring partner for hiring managers and business leaders. You lead the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Advise and support hiring managers on talent acquisition and labor market strategies.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-fill vacancies.
• Build and maintain talent pools for future staffing needs.
• Actively search for and approach candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment data and report on recruitment KPIs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and labor market campaigns.
• Work with HR, business leaders and external recruitment partners to achieve recruitment objectives.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment legislation.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Executive Search.
• Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management at different organizational levels.
• Experience with direct sourcing and building talent pipelines.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Strong advisory skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset and market insight.
• Results-oriented, with a high degree of independence.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies at the same time.
• Data-driven approach and analytical ability.
• Proactive attitude and talent for relationship management.
• Team player with an inclusive and collaborative mindset.
