IKEA’s recruitment team helps bring talented people on board so the business can continue to grow. It supports recruitment across Group Functions, Centres & Investments in the Netherlands, Sweden, India, Poland and Spain.

• Recruit for Group Digital across several countries, with a particular focus on the Netherlands
• Recruit for key leadership and complex roles, working with hiring managers to understand their needs and connect them with suitable talent
• Own the recruitment journey from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews, assessments, references, offer preparation and candidate feedback
• Advise hiring managers on complex recruitment across countries and functions
• Advise senior stakeholders using market intelligence and search evidence, including on revisiting requirements, broadening talent pools and adjusting hiring approaches
• Partner with P&C Business Partners on recruitment strategies, workforce forecasts and recruitment data
• Collaborate with P&C colleagues, including Mobility Specialists, HR administration and P&C Coordinators, to create a seamless candidate experience
• Use global tools, sourcing channels and direct-search techniques to identify, attract and engage qualified candidates
• Work with the Centre of Expertise on recruitment topics and process improvements that strengthen visibility and attract diverse talent
• Promote diversity, equality and inclusion at every stage of recruitment
• Create a fair, transparent and welcoming experience throughout the recruitment process

• Solid experience in tech recruitment and sourcing strategies, with a track record of personally owning and closing technical searches
• Experience in in-house senior recruiting roles
• Ability to build alignment with hiring managers, advise them and offer constructive challenges
• Commitment to fair, inclusive and transparent recruitment
• Clear communication, thoughtful handling of sensitive information and a humble approach to feedback
• Ability to lead by example and represent IKEA’s culture and values
• Currently based in the Netherlands
