As our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you'll own end-to-end hiring across our most important tech roles, from Application Engineering to Platform and beyond. You're the person making sure we hire the right people, fast. No hand-holding. No waiting. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.

This isn't a generalist role, but it does require range. You're an experienced tech recruiter who's comfortable across different areas of the tech landscape, and can easily context switch. You'll partner directly with Engineering stakeholders to shape hiring strategy, sharpen briefs, and raise the bar on every search. You'll bring structure where it's missing, challenge assumptions that slow things down, and take ownership of projects that currently sit with leadership. You're the kind of person who spots a blocker on Monday and has it resolved by Tuesday.

• Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering roles - from intake to offer - with the pace and precision our teams depend on
• Build real partnerships with Engineering stakeholders, shaping how they approach hiring, not just executing on their requests
• Bring structure and craft to tech intake, calibration, and pipeline planning, so every hiring decision reflects both immediate needs and where the team is headed
• Spot the process, execution, or alignment gaps that are slowing down tech hiring, and fix them before they become someone else's problem
• Take ownership of bigger tech hiring projects that currently sit with leadership, freeing them up and raising TA's impact across the business
• Plug into and build on Mollie's AI-enabled recruiting practice - contributing to the automation, AI tools, and data-driven workflows we're building across sourcing, workflows, decision-making, and candidate experience to continuously raise the bar on hiring quality
• Bring sharp market intelligence - tech talent trends, compensation benchmarks, candidate behaviour - to inform better decisions and improve quality of hire

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on tech hiring, ideally in high-growth or scale-up environments
• A natural ability to engage, influence, and challenge Engineering stakeholders - you're a true business partner, not an order taker
• Experience owning complex tech searches end-to-end, from high-volume evergreen roles to senior or niche engineering positions
• A strong sense of ownership: you pick things up independently, drive them to completion, and resolve blockers without waiting to be told
• Comfort using recruiting data, pipeline analysis, and market insights to guide decisions - and the confidence to act on what you find
• A track record of bringing structure and improving execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the playbook doesn't always exist yet
