• You support the Talent Acquisition team as part of the recruiting process.
• This includes, among other things, creating and publishing job advertisements, handling email inquiries, and processing candidates' travel expense reimbursements.
• You make initial contact with candidates to request documents and clarify open questions.
• Careful documentation and close communication with recruiters are important to the smooth running of our processes.
• Once your onboarding is complete and day-to-day operations are running smoothly, we are happy to involve you in additional topics (e.g. employer branding, active sourcing, hiring early-career target groups, etc.).

• You are enrolled in a business administration degree program.
• You are interested in communicating with different personalities.
• You have excellent organizational skills combined with a careful and reliable working style.
• You should also be proficient in MS Office and open to other software solutions.
• You also have very good German skills and good English skills.
