• Identify and map talent pools across Engineering, Product, and Design at all levels across European locations;
• Engage passive candidates through personalised outreach strategies;
• Conduct initial conversations to assess candidate fit, qualifications, and interest;
• Produce reports and research on talent markets, competitive landscapes, and sourcing metrics;
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and Personio leadership to deliver tailored sourcing solutions;
• Support cross-functional projects, initiatives, and programs as a subject-matter expert;
• Drive sourcing initiatives for other Talent Acquisition members and foster a learning culture.

• 8+ Years of experience in a technical talent role at a product-focused company;
• Expertise in identifying and mapping talent pools using creative sourcing strategies and tools;
• Ability to craft compelling, personalised outreach and build candidate relationships;
• Ability to understand requirements across diverse roles, functions, and seniority levels;
• Data-driven approach to sourcing metrics, market insights, performance tracking, and continuous improvement;
• Ability to collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and leadership;
• Ability to balance high-volume sourcing with specialised searches and adapt priorities;
• Experience using AI tools and innovative sourcing technologies;
• Fluent English.

• FTC maternity cover position limited to 6 months;
• Office-based role with 3 days per week required in the contracted office location;
