At BDO, we are looking to bring on an intern who is eager to learn, develop their skills and participate in recruitment processes in a professional, dynamic and international environment.

• Participate in recruitment processes, from publishing job offers to identifying and evaluating candidates.
• Carry out CV screening and actively search for profiles through different channels and platforms.
• Assist with telephone and competency-based interviews.
• Manage and update the candidate database.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on recruitment processes.
• Maintain close communication with candidates during the different stages of the process.
• Work with the team to identify and attract talent aligned with the needs of the different business areas.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Labour Relations, Law, Business Administration or similar qualifications.
• Interest in personnel selection, recruitment and talent identification.
• Good communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Intermediate-high level of English.
