• Collaborate with the sales team to understand recruitment needs and target profiles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels, and manage responses to job postings
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills and motivation against recruitment criteria
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Provide individual HR support to a team of engineering consultants, monitor their career development, and create personalized training plans
• Contribute to HR projects, including school relations, employer branding, and internal events

• Currently pursuing a BAC+3–BAC+5 degree
• Adaptable and interested in working in an international environment
• Strong results orientation, a taste for challenges, and willingness to take initiative
• Motivated to learn and become an IT recruiter
