The client is an international leader in the chemical industry that is continuously seeking new talent for a variety of roles.

• Find talent by clarifying hiring needs with hiring managers, sourcing suitable candidates, and guiding them through the initial stages of the recruitment process;
• Collaborate with hiring managers and translate their needs into a targeted sourcing strategy;
• Build talent pipelines, identify job seekers, and engage them.

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including strong sourcing skills and experience proactively approaching candidates;
• Agency and/or in-house recruitment experience, preferably in a commercial environment;
• Completed higher professional or university education;
• A solid track record of proactively finding, approaching, and persuading hard-to-find tech talent;
• Experience sourcing profiles;
• Entrepreneurial and creative, with the ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies and tools;
• Based in the Netherlands;
• Dutch and English language skills.
