This role is 100% onsite in Valencia, Spain, and relocation support is available.

задачи
- Develop and execute advanced, tailored sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier executive talent;
- Partner closely with senior leadership to define executive roles, align on expectations, and provide market-driven hiring insights;
- Build and maintain a high-caliber professional network utilizing direct search methodologies, strategic industry partnerships, and social media;
- Conduct rigorous, in-depth interviews to critically evaluate executive-level skills, leadership experience, and cultural alignment;
- Manage the complete offer lifecycle, from complex term negotiations to ensuring a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience;
- Act as a brand ambassador, actively promoting the company’s culture, vision, and values to elite industry networks.
требования
- 5+ Years of dedicated experience in high-level executive recruitment (either Agency or In-house);
- Proven success in successfully closing senior and executive-level positions across multiple business functions;
- Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated capacity to manage 5+ open C-level roles simultaneously;
- Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
- Native-level English fluency;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Nice to have: professional proficiency in Spanish or French.
