• Lead the end-to-end hiring process—including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation—with a strong focus on sales positions.
• Build talent pools, leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify top candidates.
• Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process and promote our employer brand.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
• Work with hiring managers to understand needs and align recruitment with business goals.

• At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition in FOREX or financial services industry.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Russian and English
