• Manage end-to-end recruitment projects from vacancy intake to successful placement
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean Search, professional networks, and market mapping
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates across different seniority levels
• Work directly with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across key sectors
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while ensuring a high-quality candidate and client experience

• 3+ Years of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience
• Proven recruitment experience within Banking, Finance, Investment, FinTech, or broader financial services
• Strong headhunting, direct sourcing, and candidate assessment skills
• Good understanding of the Armenian financial-sector talent market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Professional proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian
