The team delivers recruitment solutions across the global Life Sciences sector.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and proactively source candidates across multiple channels
• Manage individual recruitment assignments and support senior team members with sourcing
• Guide candidates from interviews through offer acceptance, including interview preparation and follow-up
• Submit candidate profiles to clients, gather feedback from hiring managers, and coordinate debriefs
• Facilitate onboarding with internal teams and extend offers to selected candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop hiring plans
• Provide market intelligence, recruitment status updates, expectations, and timelines
• Develop solutions with hiring managers to secure hard-to-find talent
• Create candidate pricing with support from TA Management or a Senior TA Specialist
• Coordinate with lead TA team members and payroll partners to achieve hiring objectives
• Obtain and review payroll quotes with management
• Manage staffing supplier relationships, distribute positions, review profiles, and prepare candidates for submission
• Maintain accurate records in trackers and CRM systems
• Format candidate CVs and collaborate with TA Managers and senior team members on calculations
• Complete other administrative tasks and projects

• 3–5 Years of recruitment experience
