• Post vacancies on job boards and manage incoming applications;
• Review CVs and move suitable candidates through the recruitment process;
• Conduct initial telephone screenings with candidates;
• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals, focusing on sales roles;
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and potential hiring days;
• Keep the ATS up to date and compliant;
• Provide candidates with a professional and positive experience throughout the process;
• Support offer preparation and handover to onboarding in cooperation with the Head of People.

• Speak and write Dutch fluently;
• Be ambitious, take ownership, and contribute to an efficient recruitment process;
• Be approachable, reliable, team-oriented, and supportive of colleagues;
