Constructor builds a next-generation search and discovery platform for ecommerce, optimizing for metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Its in-house search engine uses transformers and generative LLMs to power search, recommendations, and shopping agents, handling over 1 billion queries daily across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries.

• Keep the candidate pipeline in Ashby accurate and moving, advance candidates through stages, maintain clean data, and flag stalled candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates in multiple time zones
• Provide candidates with clear, timely communication and a positive experience, including during high-volume periods
• Identify friction in the hiring process early and suggest fixes
• Use AI to draft outreach, summarize interview notes, and accelerate research
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools such as Claude and Juicebox, and internal hiring data

• 0–2 Years of experience in recruiting, sales, or another candidate- or client-facing role
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and persistent follow-up
• Highly organized and able to catch issues early
• Strong written communication for candidate emails and hiring manager updates
• Trustworthy with sensitive compensation and candidate information
• Curious, humble, and eager to learn recruiting
• Able to work across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM time zones
