• Own the full hiring process, from initial outreach to final offer
• Build relationships with hiring managers, understand their needs, and support strategic hiring decisions
• Source and attract talent using creative strategies, maintaining the candidate pipeline
• Launch initiatives such as traineeships, business courses, and spotlight campaigns
• Create a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
• Track recruitment data, assess results, and improve hiring practices
• Anticipate hiring needs and adapt to changing priorities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field
• 0–2 Years of recruitment experience in a dynamic environment
• Fluent English
• Hands-on, proactive approach to solving problems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to challenge, push back, and influence hiring decisions
• Comfortable with uncertainty and frequently changing roles and priorities
• Curious, driven, and eager to grow
