• Take detailed briefs from Hiring Managers and translate them into effective search strategies;
• Source candidates independently through LinkedIn, professional communities, talent databases, referrals, and other channels;
• Conduct market mapping and provide up-to-date insights on talent availability, compensation levels, potential talent pools, and the feasibility of requirements;
• Screen candidates and assess them against role requirements;
• Engage passive candidates and conduct direct searches;
• Interview candidates and assess their motivation, career expectations, and professional expertise;
• Present shortlists of relevant candidates with clear rationale for each profile;
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process through offer and onboarding;
• Communicate regularly with Hiring Managers and provide ongoing market feedback;
• Manage multiple specialized vacancies simultaneously;
• Shape and influence search strategies.

• 4+ Years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or headhunting, including at least 1 year working with specialized roles in Legal, Compliance, Finance, or Corporate Services;
• Proven experience hiring for complex or niche positions;
• Strong knowledge of Boolean / X-Ray search and other sourcing strategies;
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and direct search skills;
• Proven experience working with passive candidates;
• Ability to understand and navigate complex professional profiles independently;
• Good understanding of the Legal / Finance / Compliance talent market;
• English — B2+;
• High autonomy and ownership; able to provide Hiring Managers with a market map and search strategy;
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with Hiring Managers;
• Focus on quality shortlists and successful hires rather than the number of CVs sourced.
