Recruiter

Evolution is a Swedish company that develops and provides products and services for online casino entertainment. Its integrated business-to-business solutions enable clients to deliver online entertainment experiences to players globally.

• Coordinate and manage recruitment projects;
• Source applicants through potential recruitment channels;
• Receive and manage job applications;
• Organize interviews and other recruitment tools;
• Liaise with applicants and ensure a positive selection experience;
• Keep records of recruitment materials, interview notes, and related paperwork for key stakeholders;
• Manage recruitment and selection service suppliers and ensure consistent, cost-efficient service;
• Support the Talent Acquisition team where needed;
• Promote recruitment best practices and share ideas and information;
• Consult managers and employees according to company recruitment policies and procedures.

• At least 6 months of recruitment experience;
• Incomplete higher education, preferably in business administration, psychology, or a related field;
• Knowledge of the labor market, recruitment channels, and selection tools;
• Self-driven approach, strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills;
• Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office and Windows;
• Professional working proficiency in English and Georgian, written and verbal;
• Ability to work in a team and grow in the role.
