Recruiter

Glovo operates a multi-category app that connects millions of users with local businesses and couriers, providing on-demand services for restaurants, grocers, and retail stores. The platform facilitates delivery services in over 1500 cities across 25 countries, enabling merchants to generate significant sales and customers to receive goods in minutes.

• Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment, management, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance;
• Coach hiring managers on recruiting topics such as time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement, and conversion;
• Improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies for finding top talent;
• Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results;
• Support employer branding activities through attending networking events and e-meetups;
• Manage candidate pipelines and identify future opportunities for candidates.

• Ideally 5 years of experience recruiting different profiles in a fast-paced environment, preferably in scale-ups or tech companies;
• History of collaborating successfully with senior tech leaders;
• Experience working on a variety of roles and levels within tech, including data, engineering, and product;
• Solid understanding of the company's vision, business model, and operations;
• Stellar networking skills and the ability to build recruiting partnerships;
• Metrics-oriented approach to backing up recruiting strategy and goals with data;
• Ability to influence decision-makers and advise senior leaders on strategic hiring decisions;
