VBET operates as an international company within the iGaming industry, focusing on providing gambling and casino services across diverse global markets. The organization is currently undergoing a strategic transformation to enhance and scale its recruitment practices and operational processes.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of 4 to 7 specialized roles, including intake meetings, needs analysis, negotiations, and pre-boarding;
• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies, dedicating up to 40% of time to building pipelines in passive and niche global talent pools;
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by providing data-driven market insights and guiding hiring decisions;
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience;
• Maintain attention to detail and resolve operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Contribute to the improvement and scaling of global recruitment processes;
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.

• 3+ Years of full-cycle recruitment experience in international or global markets;
• Experience hiring for both non-technical and technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments;
• Advanced sourcing skills and an established professional network across different geographies;
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or Enterprise;
• English at C1 level;
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian;
• Nice to have: Prior experience in an international iGaming company, high adaptability to handle high-volume and complex concurrent tasks.
