задачи
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of 4 to 7 specialized roles, including intake meetings, needs analysis, negotiations, and pre-boarding;
- Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies, dedicating up to 40% of time to building pipelines in passive and niche global talent pools;
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by providing data-driven market insights and guiding hiring decisions;
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience;
- Maintain attention to detail and resolve operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Contribute to the improvement and scaling of global recruitment processes;
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
требования
- 3+ Years of full-cycle recruitment experience in international or global markets;
- Experience hiring for both non-technical and technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments;
- Advanced sourcing skills and an established professional network across different geographies;
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or Enterprise;
- English at C1 level;
- Fluent Ukrainian or Russian;
- Nice to have: Prior experience in an international iGaming company, high adaptability to handle high-volume and complex concurrent tasks.
