• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from business needs analysis to onboarding;
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategies;
• Source and attract qualified candidates using modern channels and build talent pipelines;
• Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments;
• Provide recommendations and feedback throughout the hiring process;
• Utilize recruitment analytics to track results and identify improvement opportunities;
• Explore AI tools and automation to enhance recruitment efficiency;
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist;
• 1+ Year of experience in iGaming recruitment within international markets;
• Experience hiring for non-technical roles across various business functions;
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing techniques;
• Experience with structured interviews and competency-based assessments;
• Ability to assess candidate motivation, strengths, and role alignment;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work with recruitment metrics and provide insights;
• Native-level Russian or Ukrainian proficiency;
• English B2+;
• Nice to have: Interest in using AI tools for recruitment.
