задачи
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for internal hiring across the Netherlands;
- Proactively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, headhunting, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies;
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide market insights and recruitment advice;
- Conduct interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment journey;
- Represent the company through networking events, careers fairs, and employer branding initiatives;
- Use recruitment data and market trends to improve hiring performance and recruitment strategy.
требования
- Fluent in Dutch or German;
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, or Recruitment Consultancy;
- Strong sourcing skills and confidence approaching passive candidates;
- Proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment;
- Nice to have: Experience in a collaborative environment.
