Recruiter

Amoria Bond is a specialist recruitment business that provides staffing, recruiting, and business consulting services.

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for internal hiring across the Netherlands;
• Proactively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, headhunting, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies;
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide market insights and recruitment advice;
• Conduct interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment journey;
• Represent the company through networking events, careers fairs, and employer branding initiatives;
• Use recruitment data and market trends to improve hiring performance and recruitment strategy.

• Fluent in Dutch or German;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, or Recruitment Consultancy;
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence approaching passive candidates;
• Proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment;
• Nice to have: Experience in a collaborative environment.
