Recruiter

Tripledot Studios is a large independent mobile games company with a global team across 12 studios. The organization develops a portfolio of mobile gaming titles that reach top chart positions and engage millions of daily active users.

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Studio leads to advise on recruitment strategies and best practices;
• Provide an industry-leading candidate and hiring manager experience;
• Maintain data across the Applicant Tracking System, Requisition Tracker, LinkedIn Projects, and Job Briefing records;
• Support recruitment across creative, technical, operational, commercial, and marketing departments;
• Implement processes to connect candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams;
• Engage with talent directly to leverage the employer brand and minimize agency spend;
• Map external talent and benchmark to ensure competitive offers;
• Create and update talent maps across technical, strategic, and operational disciplines;
• Proactively identify and implement improvements for workflows and systems;
• Support wider projects including employer brand strategy, events, and technology transformations.

• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition;
• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems;
• Experience hiring for technical and hard-to-fill roles;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Fluent spoken and written Russian;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to work independently on confidential projects;
• Nice to have: Genuine interest in mobile games and industry trends.
