задачи
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business roles;
- Source and engage top talent using various channels;
- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process;
- Coordinate interviews and ensure an outstanding candidate experience;
- Support HR administrative processes and employee documentation;
- Work with SAP SuccessFactors and maintain accurate HR data;
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics;
- Track recruitment KPIs and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes;
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment initiatives;
- Manage labour relations and legal aspects for the entity;
- Manage the People aspect of the SPS (Performance Competency Management, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion).
требования
- Bachelor's degree;
- At least 6 years of experience in HR or a related field;
- 4+ Years of experience in technical recruitment;
- Previous experience with HR administration;
- Familiarity working with SAP SuccessFactors or another HRIS;
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with recruitment metrics and reports;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Advanced English (written and spoken);
- C1/C2 level of English, both spoken and written;
- Nice to have: Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills, proven hands-on attitude, flexibility and adaptability, experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships, ability to motivate others and influence work behaviours, strong change management and negotiation skills, intellectual curiosity.
