задачи
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization;
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles;
- Create and publish job advertisements;
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct search;
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, motivation, and cultural fit;
- Coordinate interview stages, gather feedback, and support hiring decisions;
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines;
- Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience;
- Support employer branding activities and other HR projects.
требования
- At least 3 years of experience in independent, full-cycle recruitment;
- Solid knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, and recruitment methods;
- Experience managing several recruitment processes at the same time;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, well-organized, and independent working style;
- Fluency in Polish;
- English B2 or higher;
- Good command of MS Office and recruitment/HR tools;
- Nice to have: Knowledge of additional foreign languages, experience in recruiting for transport, sales, business services.
