- Source and identify candidates via various platforms;
- Conduct online interviews and assess candidates;
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and candidate database;
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process;
- Partner with the team to successfully close vacancies.
требования
- 2+ Years of recruitment experience;
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills;
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities;
- Fluent Russian and Ukrainian;
- English B1+;
- Stable internet connection and reliable equipment.
