The successful candidate will have:
CIPD qualified to level 5 or 7 standard and that you have at multiple years’ experience of working in a HR Business Partner/Manager role.Demonstrable experience of Managing ER case work.Significant experience as a HR Business Partner / Manager in an office environment with a high level of attention to detail.Experience of providing excellent customer service.A team player and the ability to work with people of all working styles, backgrounds, experience, etc.Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments at any given time.Ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.High levels of integrity and discretion as the role will see lots of confidential information.Must be flexible and able to commit the time required to get the job done in line with business needs.Highly organised with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.Able to take a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the organisation which may require regularly working at one of the Company’s other locations.A customer focus and a strong 'can do’ attitude.Eagerness to learn and develop and willing to go the extra mile.Reliable and approachable.Additional Information
