We are looking for someone to join us in P&C Operations role.

You will ensure payroll runs accurately and on time, while also supporting key P&C processes and providing great experience for employees and managers. You will work on projects, collaborate with suppliers, and explore opportunities to improve, automate, and standardize the way we work.

Could You be the Person who keeps People, Processes, and Payroll moving?

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, connecting with people, and bringing structure to a busy international environment. You do not need to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you are curious, dependable, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership.

Experience in HR or P&C Operations and a relevant bachelor’s degree will help you succeed in the role. Experience with Workday, ADP, or another payroll provider would be a welcome advantage, as would knowledge of German or another European language.

Most importantly, bring your curiosity, positive energy, and team spirit. We can build the rest together.
