People Operations Specialist

As our People Operations Specialist you’ll shape the day-to-day experience of our Amsterdam team, creating a workplace where people can do their best work. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager to keep the office running seamlessly while supporting team operations, organisation, and culture.

Culture & Team Experience: Plan and execute team events, celebrations, volunteering days, and off-sites. Support internal engagement initiatives. Help foster a positive workplace culture where people feel seen, heard and taken into consideration.

Admin Support & Finances: Support payroll administration (payslips, holidays, reimbursements, 30% of tax ruling), company doctor (sick leave), pension, lunch, office, commute & benefits arrangements. Coordinate travel and trip logistics for the team. Track monthly invoices, chat with the tax & immigration offices to resolve outstanding questions.

Documentation & Processes: Maintain and update internal PeopleOps documentation & processes.

Office & Workplace Management: Manage office supplies, snacks, lego sets and equipment. Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages. Ensure a smooth and well-organized office environment.

This role is based in our Amsterdam Office. We believe that creativity and cohesion flows best when we are all together. When you’re constantly innovating, transforming whole industries, inventing new products and processes, and creating a more sustainable future through technology—and we are doing all these things—we believe we’re better as a team in-person. That’s why all of our teams work from one of our office locations, five days a week.
